We're almost halfway through 2008. This is exciting because that means we're at most just four months away from leaving Puyallup since our lease will be ending in September. We're looking for our first home at a leisurely pace, hoping to find a place on the other side of the Narrow Bridges, either in Gig Harbor or Port Orchard. It will be great to live 20 minutes away from either set of parents. We'll feel like part of the world again.
Since my last post, I've become a godmother (for the third time) to my cousin's baby, Emmanuel. My sister calls him Baby Hulk as he is definitely built like a Lugod -- all muscles and cheeks. Emmanuel (or Eman) and I get along fabulously. It's always an ego-boost when a baby likes me.
